Southwest Spice

Southwest Spice is a fun pattern to work up and can be worn in multiple ways! Made with a unique construction of a lacy scarf, then adding a 3-sided edging, you will find this pattern keeps you entertained while making it.

Finished Size:

Materials:
1000 yards (915 m) fingering-weight yarn

Sample uses 2 colors:
• Variegated 500 yards (A)
• Solid 500 yards (B)

Hook:
US Size E/4 (3.5 mm) or size needed for gauge. Please be sure to take the time to check your gauge.

Gauge:
In the main st pattern for the body:
24 sts and 6 rows = 4 inches (10 cm), blocked.

In edging st pattern:
20 sts and 7.5 rows = 4 inches (10 cm), blocked.
