Can you put my pattern(s)in Ravelry?
Great question! Patterns purchased or downloaded through KarenWhooley.com are stored in your Karen Whooley Designs. However, they are not connected nor transferrable to Ravelry.
Please note that Karen currently cannot use Ravelry due to the Accessibility issues with the site. She has hired someone to update the patterns and add new ones so that LYS may use the platform to sell her patterns. That person does not have access however to the financial part of the platform, thus they cannot add patterns to one’s account
Do I need to log in when I order?
No. You dont need to log in, but you do need to use the same email address everytime you purchase if you want your orders saved.
How do I order wholesale?
If you are a brick-and-mortar shop or an online shop, submit a ticket using the button above.
Shipping Policy
All orders of physical products will be processed on Tuesdays & Thursdays – excluding holidays.
Orders received after that time will be processed on the next process day. We currently only ship via US Postal Service as of this time.
Please note that once the shipment is received by USPS, we have no control over what happens to it.
All physical orders will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has been processed. If you have chosen a shipment method that includes a tracking number (IE, Priority Mail) your confirmation email will include the tracking information
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of PDF downloads, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please submit a ticket above.
Purchasers should back up their digital purchases to a disc, thumb drive, or to an online cloud site, such as Dropbox or Google Drive, for replacement purposes. It is your responsibility to back up your purchases.
Karen Whooley Designs will offer a one-time replacement of the pattern if you cannot find it. Products, once purchased, will be available to download only once
Return Policy
Buyer must notify us of any damage, shortage or other issues within five(5) days of receipt of physical merchandise. Please Submit a Ticket above to report any of these things.
Teaching
Will Karen teach LIVE for my Shop, Guild or Event?
Thank you for your interest in having Karen teach for your guild.
Please contact Karen with the following information:

- date(s)
- any other relevant information.
(Unfortunately, requests without this information may not receive a response.)
Please note that Karen schedules events at least 6 months in advance, so requests for teaching in the short term are generally not accepted. However, it never hurts to ask, so feel free to submit a request with all relevant information and we’ll have someone reach out to you.
Will Karen teach VIRTUALLY for my Shop, Guild or Event?
YES! She certainly does. If you are a shop, guild, or event that would like to have Karen teach for you using Zoom, please contact Karen with the following information:

- date(s)
- any other relevant information.
