General Questions

Great question! Patterns purchased or downloaded through KarenWhooley.com are not stored here on the website. However, they are not connected nor transferrable to Ravelry.

Please note that Karen currently cannot use Ravelry due to the Accessibility issues with the site. She has hired someone to update the patterns and add new ones  so that LYS may use the platform to sell her patterns. That person does not have access however to the financial part of the platform, thus they cannot add patterns to one’s account

No. You don’t need to log in. This website has no accounts.

Please contact me to find out about wholesale purchases.

All orders of physical products will be processed on Tuesdays & Thursdays â€“ excluding holidays.

Orders received after that time will be processed on the next process day. We currently only ship via US Postal Service as of this time.

Please note that once the shipment is received by USPS, we have no control over what happens to it. 

All physical orders will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has been processed. If you have chosen a shipment method that includes a tracking number (IE, Priority Mail) your confirmation email will include the tracking information

Due to the nature of PDF downloads, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please submit a ticket above.

Purchasers should back up their digital purchases to a disc, thumb drive, or to an online cloud site, such as Dropbox or Google Drive, for replacement purposes. It is your responsibility to back up your purchases.

Karen Whooley Designs will offer a one-time replacement of the pattern if you cannot find it. Products, once purchased, will be available to download only once

Buyer must notify us of any damage, shortage or other issues within five(5) days of receipt of physical merchandise. Please contact me.

Please note that I schedule events at least 6 months in advance, so requests for teaching in the short term are generally not accepted. However, it never hurts to ask, so feel free to submit a request with all relevant information and we’ll have someone reach out to you.
