Refund Policy

You acknowledge that all digital and print products on the Karen Whooley Designs website are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances, due to the nature and intellectual copyright of patterns and books.

NOTE: Products purchased due to difficulty level or not having the proper software to run them, are not returnable or exchangeable.

Replacement Policy

Purchasers should back up their digital purchases to a disc, thumb drive, or to an online cloud site, such as Dropbox or Google Drive, for replacement purposes. It is your responsibility to back up your purchases.

Karen Whooley Designs will offer a one-time replacement of the pattern if you cannot find it. Products, once purchased, will be available to download only once.

Buyer must notify us of any damage, shortage or other issues within five(5) days of receipt of merchandise. Use our the Help/Contact icon on the right of the screen to report any problems.
