Worked from side to side this triangle shawlette is as fun to make as it is to wear. A leafy edging is applied to the border to add flair and movement. Crocheted in a fingering weight yarn, this shawl will be warm yet light, perfect for draping over your shoulders on a chilly night or for wrapping scarf-like around your neck under a coat.

English Boom is a beautiful state park on Camano Island, WA, along the Skagit Bay. During the 1920s and 1930s, the English Lumber Co. logged the forests to the east of Stanwood and Mount Vernon. The company stored tree logs here, a facility called a “boom.” Portions of the storage facility still stick up out of the water. Now it’s a park where nature is slowly reclaiming the land from the damage done. For more information on park, visit: https://www.islandcountywa.gov/PublicWorks/Parks/Pages/english-boom.aspx.
“English Boom” is inspired by this beautiful 6-acre park. Designed in reclaimed fibers, the straight rows remind us of the logs that remain of the original structures. Use it as a shawl, scarf or a cowl. The possibilities are endless!

This darling Honeycomb headband is a quick project. Because you can change the width of the piece by the stitch multiple, this pattern will not only translate to other weights of yarn but can be made in multiple sizes based on the head circumference you are creating. Increasing the number of stitches as well as repeating the row pattern to add to the length, you can create a cowl or even the sides of a tote bag.
I used a solid color, but imagine this headband in a gradient, self-striping, variegated, or even a speckled yarn. What will you choose?

Working in a flat piece then seaming up the back and then cinching up the top, this hat is truly the easiest hat you will ever make. You’ll learn a new stitch that makes the fabric super cushy and warm and because of how the stitches are made, the seam will be invisible to the outside. Pick you favorite solid, tonal, gradient or speckled yarn – the stitch will make the most of every look! This will truly become YOUR Favorite Hat.

Serenity is a beautiful, cozy drop-sleeve sweater that is perfect for the changing seasons! Meant to be oversized and completely easy to wear, its simple style looks great on everyone. A simple lace pattern has no shaping in the body and only the simplest shaping at the neck. Wide ¾ length sleeves make it a perfect transitional piece no matter the weather. And the best part – there is no set in sleeve shaping! This means adjusting the length to suit your needs is just a matter of adding or subtracting 2-row repeats. Serenity is going to be a wardrobe favorite!

The Tricolor Cowl is the perfect project to use those 50 g fingering weight skeins or leftovers!
Changing colors every other row while creating the stitch pattern creates a fun fabric that doesn’t have any ends to weave in until the piece is done. The final edging will hid all the yarn that is carried up the sides.
While I used 2 solids and a matching variegated, you can match any combinations of colors from variegated to speckled and even a gradient to make this cowl a spectacular piece you will wear with everything! What will you choose?

Cobblestone Cowl is a fast and fun project. Using two colors – one a tonal and one a variegated, and working 2 rows at a time with each color, you will find yourself wanting to keep adding “just one more row”.
Using the tonal as the main color gives a classic look. But if you use the variegated as the main color, you will have a different look and feel, that is a bit more fun and colorful!
Your options are endless!
