All physical and digital patterns and layouts, photographs, charts, text, graphics, and schematics within the patterns are protected under US copyright law, as are the photographs, text, graphics, and information used on the website. They may not be copied or reproduced, redistributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, mechanical, electronic, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without written permission from the author/publisher. Requests for permission should be made using our contact form at the bottom of every page of the website. Violation of this licensing agreement will be prosecuted.
The physical or digital patterns or books purchased is yours to use personally. You acknowledge that you are not allowed to sell, distribute, rent, or sub-license the patterns to anyone.

RETAIL INSTALLATION AND USAGE
By purchasing these products, you agree to NOT resell or redistribute these products to others (i.e. friends, relatives, yarn stores, customers, etc.).
The work you create with the patterns must be used either by yourself (for personal use) only. You do not have permission to sell the objects you have made from my patterns (such as on Etsy or at craft fairs) or to mass produce the finished product.
You may not modify or superficially alter the patterns in any way or resell them as your own. For example, you may not copy parts of the pattern, add to your own PDF, and then resell as a new pattern.
You may not place any of my products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website, forums or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale in a fashion that would violate this license.
You acknowledge that all products on the Karen Whooley Designs website are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances, due to the nature and intellectual copyright of patterns and books. Products purchased due to difficulty level or not having the proper software to run them, are not returnable or exchangeable.
Purchasers should backup their digital purchases to disc or to an online cloud site, such as Dropbox, for replacement purposes. It is your responsibility to back up your purchases. Karen Whooley Designs will offer a one-time replacement of the pattern if you cannot find it. Products, once purchased, will be available to download only once.
Buyer must notify us of any damage, shortage or other issues within five(5) days of receipt of merchandise. Use our contact form to report any problems.
We work hard to ensure that our patterns are as clear and accurate as possible with careful technical edits. However, crochet patterns can be complicated and we are all only human, so errors can slip through. If and when an error is found, you will find the changes on the Errata Page. If you run into problems with your pattern, please verify on the Karen Whooley Designs website if errata exists.
