Riven
$5.00
Riven Socks are wonderfully simple to make and are what I think to be the perfect socks for warmer weather because of the open work used in the leg and the foot. Although the name implies that the fabric is torn, the holes in the pattern are intentional and allow for better-fitting socks in the long run. Don’t let the look of the socks-in-progress fool you at first as they may seem completely different from any others you might have made. Once on your foot, you will wonder where these socks have been all your life!
