Beautifully simple. Simply elegant. Ambient is a side-to-side shawl with a half-double crochet main field and a simple yet elegant edge. While fabulous in a tonal colorway, it would really shine in a gradient or long-striping yarn too. The mood is fashionable and wearable, morning noon, and night.

Recommended Yarn
Ambient was designed in Tusken Knits Fife. However, any fingering weight yarn that has a lot of drape can be used.
Techniques and Difficulty
Ambient incorporates the following crochet techniques:
- Basic stitches (chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, triple crochet)
Construction
Ambient is a side-to-side shawl. First, you work the main field and then add the edging later, all without cutting the yarn.
Customization
You can adjust the width of Ambient by adding/subtracting increase rows then adding/subtracting the same number of decrease rows. However, you will have to do some math to get the edging to work out correctly.
