Mosaic Crochet Conclusion
I hope you all enjoyed the past 4 installments of my learning Mosaic Crochet.
I will be completely honest with you. If I had to choose between the two methods, I would have to say I like the Overlay Method better. I enjoyed working on the right side of the fabric and the look it gives. And as a pattern designer, I feel like this technique is far better suited to what I do.
Like I mentioned last week, I have a whole lot of ideas already, so don’t be surprised if you see some patterns using Mosaic Crochet soon.
As for the interlocking method… I liked the pattern I chose to try out, so I might be making some of those blankets in the book for family and friends in the future. My nieces and nephews are all having kids, so you never know – one of them might get those baby blocks!
What’s Up Next?
In the next installment, We will start down the path of Corner-to-Corner crochet. Otherwise known as C2C. This is something I have done for a lot of years, but I need to try out the colorwork way of doing it!
Let me know in the comments what you thought of this series! Or you can ask me any questions too!
