Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. The following is a legal agreement between you (“purchaser”) and the owner of https://karenwhooley.com (“Website”), Karen Whooley Designs ( “I”), which governs the use of all physical and digital download purchases, including the patterns, images, text, graphics, data, charts, schematics, and other materials within the pattern, including the photographs, text, and materials provided on the website through karenw79.sg-host.com (“products”).
By making this purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement automatically, without any other conditions or declarations. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not allowed to make this purchase.
COPYRIGHT
All physical and digital patterns and layouts, photographs, charts, text, graphics, and schematics within the patterns are protected under US copyright law, as are the photographs, text, graphics, and information used on the website. They may not be copied or reproduced, redistributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, mechanical, electronic, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without written permission from the author/publisher. Requests for permission should be made using our contact form at the bottom of every page of the website. Violation of this licensing agreement will be prosecuted.
LICENSE
Access to all courses, patterns, and other digital products are yours to use for as long as you are a member of the Crochet Crew. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will lose access to everything you didnt pay for outright.
RETAIL INSTALLATION AND USAGE
By purchasing these products, you agree to NOT resell or redistribute these products to others (i.e. friends, relatives, yarn stores, customers, etc.).
The work you create with the patterns must be used either by yourself (for personal use) only. You do not have permission to sell the objects you have made from my patterns (such as on Etsy or at craft fairs) or to mass produce the finished product.
You may not modify or superficially alter the patterns in any way or resell them as your own. For example, you may not copy parts of the pattern, add them to your own PDF, and then resell them as a new pattern.
You may not place any of my products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website, forums, or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale in a fashion that would violate this license.
RETURN POLICY
You acknowledge that all products on the Crochet Crew website are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances, due to the nature and intellectual copyright of patterns and books. Products purchased due to difficulty level or not having the proper software to run them, are not returnable or exchangeable.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Purchasers should backup their digital purchases to a disc or other form of storage or to an online cloud site, such as Dropbox, for replacement purposes. It is your responsibility to back up your purchases. Karen Whooley Designs will offer a one-time replacement of the pattern if you cannot find it. Products, once purchased, will be available to download only once.
Buyer must notify us of any damage, shortage, or other issues within five(5) days of receipt of merchandise. Use our Help/Contact Icon at the bottom right to report any problems.
CANCELATION POLICY
Because of the way the system works, you cannot self-cancel. Please contact us at http://karenwhooley.com/contact to get the process started.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
KAREN WHOOLEY DESIGNS DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE PATTERNS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
KAREN WHOOLEY DESIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS, OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE ACTIONS.
